You can do it if one mail sending account is iMAP or POP but not if you have exchange account when sending froim a second exchange mailbox open with authorisation to send from that account. How do we set the system so that when we send as "helpdesk-domain" anyone replying to all only replies into teh helpdesk and we do not get the unnecessary sopy coming to our private email inbox? It is annoying, time wasting and space wasting. When recipients reply to all we find their replies do not just come to the helpdesk inbox but alos get copied to our personal email account "private name-domain". When operating help we change the FROM to show message sent from "helpdesk-domain" and send to the various recipients. We have individual exchange accounts "private name-domain", but also have access to group user account "helpdesk-domain".
